Position Summary:
HCR Personnel Solutions Inc., a leader in the temporary recruitment industry, has an immediate opening for a Recruitment Administrator. Details:
-Personal Transportation Required
-In-person position
-Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm
-Salary dependent on experience and qualifications

Administrative Responsibilities:
-Handle large volume of incoming calls and in-person inquiries to ensure prompt and complete customer service as first point of contact at reception
-Enter complete and accurate data and statistical information into spreadsheets and internal databases
-Preparation of documents, forms, and communications
-Complete all general administrative duties while working independently

Recruitment Responsibilities:
-Apply recruitment knowledge or HR education, ensuring proper address of candidate questions
-Utilize your education or working knowledge of the Employment Standards Act, Ministry of Labour and Human Rights to appropriately guide incumbents to our open positions
-Screen online applicants, pre-qualify candidates, and schedule appointments
-Document details of candidate interviews into internal database system
-Facilitate pre-employment on-boarding sessions
-Publish job postings and marketing materials
-Networking through online recruiting resources, employment centers, training schools, and attending job fairs as required 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Thrive in a very fast-paced environment, adaptable, and quick learner
-Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Strong comprehension of Microsoft Office Suite
-Reliable, motivated, and a team player
-OSSD required
-Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HR or Administration
-Working knowledge of Human Rights, Ministry of Labour and Employment Standards Act  
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a Recruitment  Role or Staffing Industry
