Position Summary:
HCR Personnel Solutions Inc., a leader in the temporary recruitment industry, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Office Coordinator. Details
-Personal Transportation Required
-In-person position

-Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm
-Salary dependent on experience and qualifications
-Occasional travel between HCR Etobicoke and HCR Vaughan locations is required

Administrative Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls and in-person inquiries to ensure prompt and complete customer service
-Enter complete and accurate data and statistical information into spreadsheets and internal databases
-Preparation of documents, forms, and communications
-Responsible to open and close a satellite office location daily
-Complete all general administrative duties while working independently

Recruitment Responsibilities:
-Screen online applicants, pre-qualify candidates, and schedule appointments
-Document details of candidate interviews into internal database system
-Facilitate pre-employment on-boarding sessions
-Publish job postings and marketing materials
-Networking through online recruiting resources, employment centers, training schools, and attending job fairs as required

-
Excellent communication and customer services skills
-Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Reliable, motivated, and a team player
-Previous administrative and/or recruitment experience an asset
