This position offers a variety of tasks within a professional environment. HCR Personnel Solutions Inc. is looking for an individual who is capable of multitasking while providing pleasant and professional attention to callers and guests.

The duties required for this position include, but are not limited to, answering phones, cheerfully greeting clients that visit, administrative duties, data entry, some payroll and mail.

Work locally in Beautiful Milton for an established company

Contract position working Mon - Fri 8:30-5 p.m. with the possibility to become full time.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a receptionist role
  • Dynamic and friendly with an upbeat personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
