Our client, MAGNA INTERNATIONAL is looking for a Receptionist in the Concord region (temporary coverage until Oct26).

 

August 15-17

August 23 & 28

September 18-19

October 17-26

 

Pay: $18/hour

 

Bus accessible
**  MUST BE AVAILABLE UP TO OCT 26, 2018

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience in a previous reception/administrative role
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
• Excellent oral communication and written skills 
• Must have good organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

- Greet walk-ins and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Operate switchboard or telephone system
- Record and relay information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Provide directory assistance
- Use of MS Office for e-mail correspondence and data entry
